This high quality Rosé Cuveé originates from vineyards with  classification and embodies the philosophy and the distinctive signature of Jürgen Ellwanger winery.

This wine is primarily made from Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Trollinger to keep it light. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks.

This is dry Rosé with fruit aromas and a scent of fresh strawberries, currants and cherries. Pleasing on the palate, this dry wine has a fabulously fresh fruity taste.
